Each of our venues provides a different experience - at Rialto it’s 55th floor views and degustation menus, at Bistro Vue the ambiance is one of intimate and traditional French style and a synthesis of indoor and outdoor Jardin Tan is bright, playful and contemporary and Café Vue 430 is moody and intimate. Bistro Vue
Back street Parisian chic – intimate, dark and sexy – dinners at Bistro Vue have a touch of Europe in a relaxed and accessible setting. Menus offer choices for guests with dishes designed to suit a broad range of tastes. For groups with more of a food and wine focus, special set menus can be specifically designed to suit the occasion.
Piggery Café
When nightfall hits Burnham Beeches, the romantic nature and spirit of Sherbrooke forest comes alive. Dine under the stars or in one of our function spaces and be inspired by the nocturnal natter that occurs across the land. An array of dinner packages can be catered for.
Jardin Tan
Jardin Tan by nightfall provides a seriously majestic backdrop and gives guests a special Hanoi feel. Transport yourself to Vietnam for one night as you embrace all the magic, spontaneity and flair of a Jardin Tan dinner.
Café Vue 430 Little Collins Street
A buzzing modern space, Café Vue at 430 Little Collins Street operates as a café from Monday to Friday making it available for private dinners every night of the week. Capturing the very essence of Melbourne’s back street café culture this recently renovated venue seats 20 on one long table for an intimate dinner, or up to 50 on multiple tables utilising both the café space and the arcade.
