Muriel Breau – Vue Events Manager
I was born in Provence, France, where I spent the first 20 years of my life. My passion for hospitality, travel and good food led me to gain my experience in some of the most prominent establishments in the world. I began with a couple of years in the UK where my career then took me to the Indian Ocean, the US and Bora Bora before settling down in Singapore for five years. After travelling throughout the continents and meeting Shannon Bennett in Asia, I knew the right thing to do was to follow him to Melbourne and join his successful team at the world class Vue de monde. At Vue Events we welcome our guests “on top of the world” in our state-of-the-art premises surrounded by amazing views of the city. We customise events to every detail and aim to a provide bespoke service while creating the most memorable experience for our guests.
Euan Marsh– Vue Events Business Development Manager
Following my father’s footsteps in events and hotels, my professional persuasion was fated toward hospitality. Having completed my university degrees in marketing, communications and tourism, I acquired employment at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most renowned winery estates. This was the catalyst for my food and wine fixation, and introduced me to an industry which is exciting, progressive, demanding and rewarding. Being part of the team at Vue Group is an opportunity to learn from the best, and to contribute to a company whereby the industry benchmark is set.
Ludovic Lamarque – Vue Events Assistant Manager
After spending my first 18 years on a tropical island I thought it was time for a change. Strange, I know. I've always loved Melbourne from afar so I flew here to study hospitality management at William Angliss of Tafe as hospitality is my passion. I landed my first job in Australia at Etihad Stadium and Melbourne Olympic Park with Delaware North Australia and have since packed together seven fruitful years in events and conferences, in both front-of-house and back-of-house capacity. In this role at Vue Events, located high up on the 55th floor of Melbourne's iconic Rialto building, our service is integral to our clients' overall experience and we believe that the higher you are, the higher the service will be.
Liz Hands – Vue Events Assistant Manager
After graduating University in New Zealand I spent a year travelling through Asia and Europe. From resorts in the foothills of Andalucía to gastronomic restaurants on the seaside in Northern England I soaked up the tradition of hospitality. It really was a whirlwind that has left a lasting impression. Over the past five years since settling in Melbourne I have been fortunate to work for some extremely progressive companies and been given the opportunity to understand what Melbourne hospitality can offer that is unique to this part of the world. I am very excited to bring my energy and industry knowledge to Vue Events and look forward to offering a world-class experience to our guests.
Arianna Laico – Vue Events Coordinator
Following my university studies in my home town of Rome, I relocated to the United Kingdom to further pursue my career.
Several years of fine dining and hospitality operations in London, my ambition led me to Melbourne where I pursued my passion for the industry as Events Coordinator for Ernst and Young. This experience opened the doors to an opportunity with Vue Group, which has allowed me to apply my functions and events expertise in a world class operation, and the ability to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience.
